We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.

Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system layouts.

Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.

Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues.

Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects effectively.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs.

Skills

Proficient in air conditioning installation and repair techniques.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb and build HVAC systems.

Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.

Ability to read and understand schematics for effective troubleshooting.

Experience in property maintenance related to HVAC operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
