Compensation :

$65000 - $90000 yearly

Responsibilities : What Youll Do :

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openers

Perform safety inspections and educate customers on repair options and preventative maintenance

Provide clear, written estimates; secure approvals; and complete jobs efficiently and safely

Recommend products / services that genuinely benefit the customer (no pressure tactics)

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate job notes / photos in our CRM

Support teammates, share knowledge, and jump in where needed

Participate in an on-call or rotating schedule as needed (minimal and planned)

Qualifications : What Youll Bring

3+ years of professional garage door service experience (mandatory)

Strong troubleshooting skills across major door and opener brands

Excellent customer communication and professionalism in the home

Self-starter mentality, dependable, and safety-first mindset

Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day

Valid drivers license with an acceptable MVR; able to pass background / drug screen
