Job Description

Position Summary

The Rental Retail Store Manager leads all aspects of daily rental and retail operations, ensuring every guest receives a high-quality, personalized experience. This role champions a service-driven culture by guiding and supporting a high-performing team, driving sales, and maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment. With a focus on both financial performance and operational excellence, the Store Manager fosters a welcoming, energized atmosphere where team members thrive and guests feel genuinely valued. This position reports to the Rental Retail General Manager.

• The budgeted salary range for this position is $71,000-$79,500. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

• We are currently hiring for 2 positions; Aspen and Buttermilk.
