As a Security Officer - Retail Center Patrol - Full Time in High Point, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have the important role of helping to maintain a secure environment in a busy retail location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the store and surrounding areas, remaining visible to help prevent security-related incidents, and responding to various situations with professionalism. You will interact with customers and staff, providing exceptional customer service while addressing any security-related concerns that may arise. Your presence and attentiveness will help to promote a welcoming atmosphere, all while upholding the Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. Sun 04 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
