Bake pies, bread and doughnutsUse electric mixers and other equipmentUse established recipesMix ingredients consistentlyAdjust oven temperaturesCheck baked goods for qualityCheck production schedule to determine what and how much to bakeClean prep areasPrice baked goods and keep shelves and coolers in retail area stockedSkills you’ll bring along
