Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management or related roles in the IT / Tech industry
Experience in customer relationship management and deal closure
Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Experience in developing long-term client relationships
Previous experience as a Software Engineer or relevant IT degree is a plus
