As a Project Sales Professional, you will be working with new and existing customers to quote and sell HVAC and mechanical projects (new installations, replacements, and retrofits) in commercial settings. Travel may include areas from Charleston, SC down to Palm Coast, FL and inland within an hour of Interstate 95.

Job Duties

  • New business to business sales to customers within commercial spaces such as healthcare, educational, and hospitality as well as large industrial settings.
  • Perform onsite review of current mechanical equipment, project specifications and develop solutions to meet customer's needs.
  • Develop accurate and comprehensive mechanical project price estimates for customer reviews.
  • Travel within a specified territory to meet with current and target customers for business development activities.
  • Keen ability to position Comfort Systems USA Southeast as the preferred vendor to win HVAC system replacements, upgrades and retrofit projects.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of business to business sales experience in HVAC construction / mechanical service with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to obtain additional projects and prospect new customers.
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to track and manage sales activity.
  • Prior specialized sales training (Sandler, Miller Heiman or similar) a plus; OSHA 10 (company provided if needed).
  • Ability to pass a full background screen, drug screen, and MVR screen.
  • Compensation

  • Salary Range Starting at : $60K + / yr. plus commissions & potential incentives based on experience and performance
