American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist for night shifts at a Level I Trauma teaching hospital, requiring ARRT-R certification and strong clinical skills.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in a large, high-volume radiology department at a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma teaching hospitalHandles 350-400 patients daily, covering adults and pediatric populations from ED, ICU, nursing units, and outpatientsUses Shimadzu RadSpeed general rad room, Intelli-C multipurpose, Konica and Shimadzu portables, GE and Siemens R / F roomsEPIC is the EMR used in this departmentMonday through Friday 8-hour night shifts, 22 : 30-07 : 00Call is required with rotation among full-time, part-time, PRN, and traveler staffNo floating or weekend rotation requiredTravelers are expected to help with holiday coverage unless approved off in advanceContracts are for 13 weeks, working consistent shifts as agreed uponDiverse department team including lead techs, modality supervisor, and Imaging ManagerSupportive team culture focused on teamwork and high clinical standardsFacility and department orientation is provided, including a 5-day departmental orientation (flexible to traveler needs)Technologists wear black scrubsFree teammate parking available in multiple decksFirst-time travelers are acceptedManager approval required for time off requests\n \n Requirements\n
