Western Flyer is seeking an Insides Sales Associate to assist in booking freight on a daily basis. Ideal experience is Inside Sales within a 3PL or Transportation company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for assisting in booking freight, working closely with our 3rd Party Brokerage.

• Responsible for working with 3 PL brokers to book freight on a daily basis
• Searching Load Boards for new freight
• Must communicate efficiently and professionally with Fleet Managers and Customer Service Representatives
• Data entry of loads and freight into company system
• Responsible for understanding customer service / communications expectations and proactively working with Load Planning and Fleet Management to prioritize the meeting of expectations
• Proactive communication with Western Flyer Express customer base
• Must be driven and competitive
• Responsible for input and appointment setting / modifications of loads booked
• Maintain compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures
