Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business at The Loop on Greenfield in Oak Park MI!

Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize paperwork.
• Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects.
• Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Show apartments, process applications and other leasing activities.
• Assist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivables.
