Salary : $125,000 - $175,000 per year

We are working with a well-respected, successful law firm in Philadelphia that specializes in a wide variety of civil litigation! They are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with insurance coverage & bad faith experience to join the team.

Location : Philadelphia (hybrid remote / office schedule)

Billable hour requirement : 1980 / year

Salary Range : negotiable based on experience + bonuses!

Job Details

We are seeking an Attorney for our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team!

  • Must have at least 5+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
  • Experience must include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participation in arbitrations / trials.
  • JD from an accredited Law School
  • Admitted to practice in PA, Admission to the NJ bar a plus
  • Experience with drafting coverage opinions involving first party breach of contract and / or third party liability claims and related bad faith issues
