Structural & Payload Design Engineer (Seats Integration Team)

BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplanes) is looking for a Structural & Payload Design Engineer (Level 4 & Level 5) as Deputy Airplane Leader to join and support the Seats Integration Team (SIT) in Everett or Renton, WA . In this position you will lead cross-functional, teaming activities across

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 9+ years of experience working with or equivalent industry experience
• 14+ years of experience working with or equivalent industry experience
• Knowledge of payloads engineering releases and configuration management processes.
• Ability to travel (10-20 percent) International and Domestic
• Experience in implementing and sustaining project management best practices.
• Possess strong attention to detail and effective collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, within the team and externally.
• Experience in Certification Plan Authoring.
• Experience in CATIA, ENOVIA, IVT, DCCS, and REDARS.
• Experience with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and EASA equivalent.
• Experience in reviewing technical documents
