Sales Team Lead

JOOLA is looking for a driven, service-minded Sales Team Lead to join our flagship store team. As a keyholder and leadership presence on the floor, you'll support daily operations, help drive sales, and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is your opportunity to help shape a retail environment rooted in sport, style, and community.

As a JOOLA Retail Lead, you'll build strong relationships with customers, support team performance, and help execute the daily rhythm of the store. You'll step into a Manager on Duty (MOD) role as needed and serve as a coach and resource for the team.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right JOOLA products.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed, overseeing store flow, customer experience, and associate support.
• Open and close the store with confidence, following operational and security procedures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of new team members, fostering a positive and knowledgeable environment.
• Set the tone for service, teamwork, and professionalism on every shift by leading by example.
• Assist with daily priorities, scheduling needs, and operational communication as directed by the Store Manager.
• Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising aligns with premium brand presentation and seasonal strategy.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and ensuring accurate restocking.
• Adapt to evolving product assortments, operational strategies, and customer expectations to maintain a fresh and dynamic retail experience.
• Uphold JOOLA's mission and values in every interaction by promoting inclusivity, innovation, and inspiration.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on individual and team tasks.
• Be consistent and dependable in attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Remain calm, solution-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
