Location : 100% Remote, only in the state of Kansas Job Type : Full-Time | Hourly with $1 increase after 90 days!

As a Call Center Representative in our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team, you'll help patients access safe, reliable rides to and from their medical appointments. Every call you take helps someone receive the care they need - and that's something to feel good about.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls with patience, professionalism, and empathy
• Schedule and confirm transportation for members based on their eligibility and needs
• Carefully follow client-specific policies, procedures, and all local, state, and federal regulations
• Enter trip requests, cancellations, and updates accurately in our system
• Communicate clearly with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to ensure smooth coordination
• Problem-solve calmly and efficiently when schedules or needs change
• Consistently meet performance goals while maintaining a positive, customer-first attitude
