Position Overview

The Product Marketing Director at Culligan Quench will lead the discovery of new market opportunities, define product strategies, and drive go-to-market execution to ensure our Indirect division sustains leadership in dealer channels. This role serves as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring our Indirect product portfolio is competitive with a clear value proposition, compelling positioning, and measurable business outcomes. The Director will champion the voice of the dealer, translating market insights into strategy and ensuring alignment across stakeholders to enable adoption and growth.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Project Management

• Refine product positioning and value propositions grounded in customer and dealer insights.
• Lead development of business cases that quantify new product opportunity (TAM, ROI, adoption forecasts) and inform portfolio decisions.
• Shape the product roadmap through market and dealer feedback, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer inputs.
• Define clear, strategic go-to-market frameworks for new and existing products that drive differentiation and adoption.
• Partner with Category Management to track performance post-launch and iterate based on results.

Salary : $140,000 - $142,000 a year
