Content Designer

A company is looking for an EN Content Designer to manage and enhance content and security features within the THOR / iTOPPS systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee user access management and ensure compliance with security protocols

Design and manage content to align with program goals and user needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years relevant experience, or high school diploma / GED with 8-10 years of related experience

Experience managing user access and security controls in content management systems

Background in content design and editing within web-based platforms

Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal privacy / security regulations

Ability to work collaboratively with IT and program management teams
