What You’ll Do :
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, email, SMS, and social tickets Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate when necessary Assist with account setup, product availability, and general inquiries Track and close tickets with accuracy and professionalism Share feedback to improve processes, products, and services Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment What We’re Looking For : Minimum 1 + years of remote customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment Open availability to support customers across all channels, including evenings and weekends Strong written and verbal communication skills Typing speed of 50+ WPM with accuracy Empathetic, solution-focused, and calm under pressure Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and helpdesk tools Location Requirement : Your primary work location must be in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin Equipment & Technical Requirements (must be met to qualify) : Computer / Operating System A Mac (macOS 12 Monterey or later) or a PC laptop / desktop with Windows 11 (or Windows 10, version 22H2 or later).
