Responsibilities :
- Act as the data subject matter expert for the Compliance Programs Office, supporting TPRM and Business Conduct Approvals initiatives.
- Liaise with risk owners, engineering teams, and other program managers to ensure timely and efficient data requests and data quality.
- Extract, transform, and present data in formats that support compliance decision-making and reporting needs.
- Utilize AI tools and techniques to improve personal productivity and contribute to department-wide AI projects.
- Develop and deliver effective storytelling through data to communicate insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data processes and support the continuous improvement of compliance programs.
Qualifications :
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on data analytics and executive communication.Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract, transform, and analyze data effectively.Proven ability to communicate complex data requests clearly to engineering and technical teams.Effective storytelling skills through data presentation to enable informed business decisions.Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in enhancing productivity and departmental initiatives.Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Benefits
