Unit Profile Facility Name : Denver Springs Floor : All 4 units Trauma Level : Position Information : Facility Department / Cost Center : Nursing Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.) : RN Specialty : Behavioral Health Number of Openings : 1 Shift : Day shift (0700-1930) Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 Weekend Hours : included in the 36 hours Call Requirements : we do call / text when someone calls off shift or there are shift openings Required Certifications : RN license Years of Experience : Float Requirements : all units if necessary Additional Notes : Unit Information : Number of Beds : 96 bed hospital, 4 units of 20-26 patients Patient Ratios : roughly 1 : 12 on Adolescent, Adult Mental Wellness, & Adult Acute. 1 : 10 on Adult Dual Diagnosis / SUD Equipment : EHR : HCS Supervisor : Regina Harriston, CNO Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Adolescents 13-17 year olds, then 3 units of adults 18+ Hiring Profile : Must Have Skills / Experience : Deescalation skills Preferred Skillset / Experience : Behavioral health, Medical or dual diagnosis experience, able to do CIWA, COWS.
