We are working with a well-regarded, full-service Austin boutique firm to find the right Senior Transactional Associate to add to their growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with corporate experience who wants big-firm sophistication with a smaller firm atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Big firm experience in a boutique setting, handling complex real estate acquisitions dispositions financings and development projects, structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts corporate governance docs and agreements , overseeing diligence, closings, and strategic deal execution with minimal supervision, advising on entity formation, joint ventures, private investments and financing structures
