Our team provides high-quality estate planning and probate services, with a focus on compassionate advocacy and strategic legal solutions. We are expanding our practice and seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team.
This is an incredible opportunity for a former solo practitioner or small firm owner who wants to focus on practicing law, not managing a business. We take care of the marketing, billing, and admin, so you can focus on what matters most : your clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle limited conservatorship matters, including preparation, filing, and representation at court hearings.
- Manage probate cases from start to finish, including petitions, administration, and court appearances.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate estate planning strategies.
- Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
- Represent clients in court for conservatorship and probate matters.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth case progression and excellent client service.
- Train and develop knowledge in special needs planning , including special needs trusts and related strategies, with mentorship and support from senior attorneys.

Active member in good standing with the California Bar.Experience in probate and / or limited conservatorships is required.Comfortable and confident appearing in court.Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team.A genuine interest in learning special needs planning and expanding practice expertise.Compassionate, client-focused approach with a high standard of professionalism.Compensation and Benefits :
