Job Requirements

1 year pediatric ICU nursing experience

PICU, NICU experience preferred

Experience in other women’s health areas (labor and delivery, ob / gyn)

Schedule Information

Rotating weekends.

May work mixed schedule of days / nights / weekends to fill scheduling holes as needed

Unit Specific Information

Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Floating Area(s) : May float to NICU (take low acuity) or Nursery, may float to Ob / gyn if qualified

Number of Beds – 6 in unit

Patient Ratios – 1 : 1-2

Type of equipment – Alaris IV pump / Bair hugger / Kangaroo Feeding Pump / Giraffe infant warmer / Ventilators / BiPap / High Flow O2

EMR – Meditech / Pyxis
