Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for bold, high-impact visuals? Do you live and breathe design, storytelling, and social media engagement?

NEWBREED Jiu Jitsu Federation — one of the fastest-growing martial arts tournament organizations in the U.S. — is looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to help elevate our brand to the next level.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design event posters, flyers, and digital ads for over 80+ tournaments each year.
  • Create 15+ engaging social media graphics per event across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity that captures the fierce, competitive energy of NEWBREED.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and event teams to hit tight deadlines with precision and style.

Who You Are :

  • A creative beast with a strong portfolio of bold, athletic, or lifestyle-focused work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Skilled in creating scroll-stopping social media visuals and short-form content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
  • A true team player who thrives under pressure — and loves to win.

    • Bonus Points If You :

  • Have experience with sports, fitness, or combat sports branding.
  • Know how to make a design look just as good on a poster as it does in an Instagram reel.
