Director of AI Enablement

A company is looking for a Director of AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the AI strategy and operational transformation across the organization

Identify, evaluate, and drive high-impact AI use cases aligned with strategic goals

Develop frameworks and KPIs to measure business value from AI initiatives and champion AI cultural adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in consulting, technology enablement, or digital transformation

Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations and defining strategy & deployment

Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies, data architecture, and cloud platforms

Experience partnering with various teams to deliver AI-powered solutions
