A company is looking for a Head of Sales Enablement to drive sales enablement strategy and execution for their global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a scalable enablement strategy aligned to growth goals

Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams

Oversee the creation of sales playbooks and optimize the use of sales tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)

7+ years of experience in sales enablement, with 3+ years in a leadership role

Demonstrated ability to design and lead global enablement programs

Expertise in enablement tools and sales technologies

Strong analytical skills for developing metrics and reporting
