Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school team for the 20252026 school year. The OT will provide specialized services to help students develop the skills needed for academic and functional success within the school setting.
Responsibilities
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for middle school students.
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs and district standards.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student independence and participation.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings as required.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
Active Illinois OT License (required)
Prior school-based experience preferred
