Position Summary

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage data to drive smarter business decisions and improved performance. This role ensures the shopper remains at the center of every decision and requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in retail analytics, shopper behavior, and market trends. The Insights & Analytics team will collaborate closely with key commercial partnersincluding OwnBrands, Pricing & Promotions, Loyalty & eCommerce, Innovation, Sales, Merchandising, Retail, and Banner teamsto support both retail and wholesale growth.

Strategic Vision & Growth

• Develop and implement a comprehensive insights and analytics strategy aligned with business goals.

Partners with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive performance.

Insights

Analyze shopper data to identify trends and opportunities for personalization, targeted marketing, and improved shopper experiences.

Performance Measurement

Identify innovative ways to communicate the impact of insights and data on sales, customer engagement, and organizational performance.

Team Leadership

Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement across the team and broader marketing organization.

Employees must be able to work weekends, holidays, days and night hours, and overtime as necessary and as assigned, and must be able to work in the condition specified for 8-10 hours shift as assigned. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
