Braun & Gresham, PLLC is seeking a talented Marketing coordinator to help elevate our growing brand across digital platforms and community events. Based in beautiful Dripping Springs, out firm provides innovative legal solutions for landowners who want to steward, protect and enhance their property. As out marketing coordinator you'll play a key role in fringing our brand to life both online and in person. Working alongside, our marketing manager and a collaborative team of attorneys, biologists and legal professionals.
- Create, schedule and manage content for social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement and analytics to inform strategy, respond to comments and messages with professional care.
- Plan and execute logistics to inform strategy; respond to comments and messages with professional care.
- Draft and distribute email campaigns, event invitations and recaps using tools like Constant Contact.
- Collaborate with team members to develop compelling blog posts, promotional content, and educational resources.
- Design simple graphics and print materials using Canva.
- Maintain the firm's internal content and event calendar.
- Capture and organize photos, videos and testimonials for use across digital channels
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide general marketing support and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Assist with website content updates and edits in WordPress.
Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media or event coordination.Proficiency with social platforms, Meta Business Suite, Canva and WordPressExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsExperience working with scheduling tools, email marketing platforms and content calendarsInterest in Texas land, rural communities or natural resource conversationSelf motivated, adaptable and comfortable with limited supervisionBonus Points
Experience with Constant Contact, CapCut, Eventbrite or ZoomWillingness to work occasional evenings / weekend for event supportBackground in ranching, farming or rural land ownershipFamiliarity with the values and challenges of Texas landowners
