Direct Patient Care : Must be actively engaged in providing direct patient care. Board-Certified : Must have been board-certified in Psychiatry for at least 5 years . Work Arrangement : This is a 1099 (at-will) role for both parties.

Position Overview :
Program : Florida Workers' Compensation (FL WC EMR)
Role : Physicians act as Expert Medical Advisors (EMAs) to :
- Resolve disputes related to reimbursement, healthcare services, and physician treatment.
- Provide expert medical opinions, peer reviews, and testimony to Judges of Compensation Claims.
- Address disagreements between independent medical examiners or other healthcare providers.
