As a BCBA , you’ll be a vital resource in helping students succeed both academically and behaviorally, while also supporting teachers and school staff with proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and educational assessments to identify challenging behaviors and set meaningful goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based, non-aversive strategies.

Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and related staff in ABA techniques to ensure consistency and treatment integrity.

Provide coaching and feedback to staff, addressing concerns and promoting professional growth.

Collaborate with IEP teams and present behavioral progress at IEP meetings .

Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to measure effectiveness and ensure compliance.

Act as a clinical leader in the school setting—observing, assessing, and guiding educational and behavioral service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (BACB-certified and active).

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field .

Strong knowledge of special education laws and applied behavior analysis principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, staff, and families.

Current CPR certification and health / TB clearance (as required).

Meets all federal, state, and local requirements for school-based employment.
