The HVAC Technician maintains, monitors, operates, and performs preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to include refrigeration, building / encounter chilled water systems, and evaporative towers. Enthusiastically represents Company by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated  Commercial HVAC Technician  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, work on residential systems will be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Start up, commission, and optimize new commercial HVAC installations.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Respond to emergency service calls and complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Qualifications :

Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification is required.
