The Community Manager is responsible for all phases of on-site property operation, under the direction of the Regional Manager. The Community Manager is responsible to maintain all aspects of the property’s assets to Conifer standards.

The salary range for this position is $53,000.00 - $57,000.00 The actual compensation may vary depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. This range does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
