Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient ortho experience preferred for a day shift assignment, open to first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient clinical setting focusing on general orthopedic patients
  • Day shift with 8-hour shifts
  • Typical patient load is 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
  • Expected productivity is 60 visits per week
  • Must be willing to float to other clinics as needed
  • No on-call requirements
  • Main responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of general orthopedic cases
  • Must obtain director approval for any overtime hours
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
  • Must not be a PTA candidate for consideration

    • Requirements

  • Current state Physical Therapist license required if applicable
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • New graduates not considered for this position
