What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trade candidates for ongoing and upcoming roles
• Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and job fit
• Review resumes, interview feedback, and make clear go / no-go decisions
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Meet or exceed weekly activity goals related to calls, submittals, and placements
• Keep 30+ contractors working consistently — that's how you win here
