Summary : Utilizes engineering methodology to support program launch readiness, production planning and continuous improvement. Provides the necessary weld engineering knowledge, processing skills and technical support to the company to ensure AR achieves optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to internal and external customer\'s satisfaction.

Competencies
Education and / or Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other engineering field and five (5) years manufacturing experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of fabrication / machining and metal experience along with program / project management experience preferred. Experience with precision measuring equipment helpful. Military background or experience preferred but not required.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
