Location : Carol Stream, IL Shift : 2nd Shift Salary : $65,000$75,000 base + $3,250 shift differential + 10% annual bonus Languages Required : Fluent in Spanish or Hindi

What You'll Do :

Lead daily operations in receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping

Supervise a team of frontline associates in a high-volume, automated facility

Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency

Resolve escalations and support cross-functional teams in hitting KPIs

Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity

What You Bring :

Bilingual fluency in Hindi or Spanish required

Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience (3+ years in automated facilities preferred)

At least 1 year of leadership experience

Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS , and lean warehouse operations

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
