We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee essential accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who excels in managing month-end processes, journal entries, and reconciliations. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and update the general ledger with precision, ensuring all financial transactions are properly categorized.
• Prepare and review journal entries, verifying accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency across financial records.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and internal policies.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving inquiries.
• Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on month-end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Proficiency in performing account and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
