• In-depth knowledge of traffic control plans, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and supervising teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Clean Driving Record with a strong commitment to safety and responsibility.
• Bilingual    Fluent in English & Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse work crews, clients, and the general public.
• ATSSA Certified (American Traffic Safety Services Association) or equivalent certification.
