Cirrus Project Manager
Cirrus is a HaaS technology enabled electronics provider that is changing the signage industry by building the first on-premise marketing platform to empower every brick and mortar business to grow. Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall success of the Project Management aspect of our SMB projects, meeting and exceeding client needs and key project deliverables
- Coordinate with the Operations Delivery Director to enact client-focused strategies to support business growth
- Maintain clear communication regarding partner project status for both internal and external use
- Support sales team efforts to ensure proposals are accurate in advance of delivery to clients
- Provide project management leadership and decision support
- Align performance to individual and team KPI goals
- Source quotes from Vendor Lists for Closed-Won deals
- Serve as primary POC for Customers post-sale through installation. Providing weekly updates directly to the customer on project progress
- Assist in vendor onboarding
