Key Responsibilities (Regional Customer Service Manager) : Regional Customer Service Manager
Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Specialists, both on-site and remote
Ensure high service standards, including system proficiency, communication, and problem resolution
Coordinate cross-functionally with teams responsible for order fulfillment, credit, inventory, and forecasting
Support customer satisfaction through timely delivery, accurate orders, and proactive communication

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years in customer service or call center leadership) preferred
