Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations
- Supervise and coordinate staff responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and linen closets
- Ensure all public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the resort’s quality standards
- Manage linen inventory, including linen closets, and ensure proper storage and replenishment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards
- Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing workload distribution
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory
Requirements :
