Payments Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Payments Ops Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily functions related to ACH, Wire, and RTP processing in a remote environment

Ensure efficient delivery of services to internal and external customers while maintaining compliance with regulations

Assist in training other employees and contribute to departmental projects for business improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

5 - 7 years of experience in Deposit Operations at a Retail or Commercial Bank

Proven ability to perform high-level ACH / Wire functions

Knowledge of internal systems and organizational policies preferred

Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed, including late evenings or weekends
