Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, including retail, office, industrial, and other commercial structures. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
