Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for crew development, equipment allocation and control, safety of our crews and clients, production efficiency and quality control. Ensuring the successful operations of a portfolio of accounts, including Safety, Budget Control, Delivery of Quality Products, Crew Training, Equipment Allocation, and Assignment.

Ensuring the successful operations of a portfolio of accounts, including Safety, Budget Control, Delivery of Quality Products, Crew Training, Equipment Allocation, and Assignment.
The Production Manager reports directly to the Branch Manager but works with the Client Relations Manager's to serve our clients and team. This is a management position and therefore requires a certain amount of daily preparation and leadership. As leaders in the company, you are also responsible for modeling and enforcing all policies and procedures including safety policies and uniform dress codes.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff membersOversees the daily workflow of the departmentProvides constructive and timely performance evaluationsHandles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policyRegular jobsite visits to review job specificsWork with the Client Relations Manager to ensure the scope of work meets a high standard of qualityDuties / Responsibilities
Safety - Ensure that all safety policies of company are enforcedManage Morning Dispatch of crewsMonitor Daily Crew PerformanceAnticipate and Evaluate Equipment Needs - Manage crew equipment inventory and repair issuesEmployee Development - coaching, reviewing, training, rewardingEnforce Company Standards. i.e., Uniforms, Fleet, Equipment, FacilityOnboarding and Training crew persons on proper landscaping practicesQuality – Work with crews to ensure that The Greenery level of quality is maintainedJob Start Process- Work with sales and Client Relationship Manager's to carry out proper new job set upBudget Management / Scheduling- Work with BM to maximize crew routes and hours management Modify routes based on new work and cancellations. Build production plans on each property to ensure maximum efficiencyASPIREDaily time review and accuracyPurchase ReceiptsWork Ticket SchedulingProductivityWith Project Managers and or Crew Leaders
Determine and schedule equipment requirements for the jobManage schedule for Utility locates with OA (Office Administrator)Job scheduling to (Aspire) or master schedule (with team)Material procurement and delivery sequencing. (Aspire). Work with OA and Production team to stay current on Purchase Receipts and Sub Contractor AgreementsLabor / Crew Management – Labor Back Log Management. Head Count ForecastingWork Ticket ManagementManage Job Site-SafetyQualityProductionDaily work ticket reviewTime management and review (Aspire)Inventory transfer review – accuracy of what the crew removes from the yard and takes to the job and what is returned to inventory from the jobQuality control on the product being delivered / implemented this includes :Quality of materialsQuality of Planting and sod installationsQuality of hardscape installationSub-contractor quality and fulfillment of the contract scopeObservation and training of the crews and their capabilities, feedback on performance to the operations managerWork with sales on the facilitation of the change order processCoordinates and facilitates close out processWeekly and monthly revenue recognition on their jobsLabor Review on jobs- Over / Under analysisWork with supervisor to guarantee the success of the divisionEmployee also agrees to perform any other duties assignedRequired Skills / Abilities
