job_description.job_card.job_descriptionName Gemma Goffinet Email ggoffinet@prescientsolutions.com Design, Implement, Maintain and Secure our client's Microsoft server and network infrastructure onsite; Work cross-functionally across several clients' enterprises between technology and the rest of their business to design and implement large scale solutions; and Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices. Applicant must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Supports both operational and engineering functions at our client sites; Troubleshoots and maintains clients' IT infrastructures and network 24 / 7; Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs; Works with technicians and engineering groups at both Prescient Solutions and at the client locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required; Prepares operational and technical documentation; Mentors junior team members; and Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed. Technical expertise of Microsoft server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and Azure; Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently; and Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
