YOUR LIFE AS A LOBBY ATTENDANT

This full-time position, working 1st shift between the hours of 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm, 40 hours guaranteed each week.  Must be available 7 days a week.

As a Lobby Attendant at 5300 Centre Apartments , each day starts with a warm greeting to familiar faces and a quick scan of the lobby to make sure everything is spotless and welcoming. You take pride in knowing the common areas are the first impression for our residents and guests, so you sweep, dust, and tidy the space with care. You might restock supplies, empty trash, or give the conference rooms and public restrooms a once-over so they're fresh and ready for the day. As you move through the hallways and stairways, the hum of the vacuum follows you, leaving everything crisp and clean. You pause to polish the hallway railings, straighten furniture, and make sure the movie theatre and guest suites look their very best.

Some days include a deeper dive into special projects - flipping mattresses, moving furniture for seasonal cleaning, or giving extra attention to high-traffic areas. One of the most rewarding parts of your role is providing in-unit cleaning for residents who sign up for this added amenity. Whether you're refreshing their living space or giving it a top-to-bottom clean, your work makes a real difference in their comfort and quality of life.

Throughout the day, you greet residents and visitors with a smile, answer questions, and lend a hand when needed. By the time you clock out, you know your efforts have helped maintain the warm, welcoming environment that makes 5300 Centre Apartments feel like home for everyone.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Attention to detail and high school diploma or equivalent required. One year of hotel housekeeping, professional cleaning or hospitality experience is required for this entry-level position! If you can meet these requirements and perform this full-time job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

Must have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and automobile insurance as required by the State of Missouri. Travel is primarily local during the business day. This is role is primarily onsite. Lite lifting may be required from time to time. Standard / common physical demands within an office and property management environment required, such as the ability to lift objects, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as needed.
