TITLE : CONSTRUCTION SENIOR ESTIMATOR

ABOUT THE JOB : We are seeking an experienced candidate to fill a full-time role as Senior Estimator for a construction company in the central valley. Your responsibilities will include leading the estimation process for general construction projects. You will be following through on project feasibility and cost-effectiveness, spearheading the preparation of detailed cost estimates and proposals, mentoring junior staff, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations, serving as a key person in strategic decision-making, managing bid processes, engaging in the design phases, analyzing completed projects to compare costs, pricing materials, labor rates and much more.
