Care Partner (CNA, HHA, Caregiver)

A new memory care home is opening in Westfield, Indiana, this fall, a place built around connection, dignity, and joy.

We're inviting compassionate Care Partners to step into a role where every day truly makes a difference.

This role comes with full support from Grace Nest Partners, who have partnered with Legato Living to enhance the caregiver experience and provide the training, resources, and teamwork you need to thrive. ??

What makes this role unique?

At Legato Living Union Street, care feels personal. With a 4 : 1 resident-to-care partner ratio, you'll have the time to truly get to know each resident—their routines, their favorite songs, the way they like their hair styled, or the stories they love to tell. Here, it's not just about tasks, it's about creating moments that matter.

Your responsibilities will include :

Supporting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).

Using Positive Approach to Care (Teepa Snow techniques) to engage with kindness and patience.

Encouraging joy and comfort through meaningful activities and redirection.

Documenting changes in behavior, routines, or health using our digital tools.

Keeping the home safe, welcoming, and organized.

Working closely with the House Manager and Director of Operations to ensure residents' dignity and well-being always come first.

What we're looking for :

Certification in Indiana as a CNA, QMA, HHA, or equivalent (training also available with prior approval).

Physical ability to safely assist and transfer residents.

Reliability, compassion, and openness to learning more about dementia care.
