Professional Search Group OC is seeking a highly motivated and driven B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join our clients dynamic sales team. As the Outbound Sales Representative , you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to high-level executives at leading Tech and Telecommunications companies. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in outbound sales and a passion for technology.

Outbound Sales Representative Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound cold calls to high-level executives at Tech and Telecommunications companies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives to present our solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor messaging to the needs of each prospect.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, calls, and appointments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting key accounts and achieving sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and company products / services to effectively engage prospects.

Outbound Sales Representative Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales within the tech or telecommunications sectors required
  • Experience with HubSpot highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience within the tech or telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
