DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will take on the responsibility of supporting the lead staff and supervisory personnel in the development, implementation, and oversight of treatment, training, and related services offered within the Central Building of Selinsgrove Center. As an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team, your role will involve providing treatment and training services focused on self-care, socialization, and health maintenance, all tailored to the specific needs outlined in each individual's Individual Support Plan. The overall coordination and guidance for these services will be provided by the Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) or the Residential Services Supervisor (RSS), ensuring that each individual's care is both comprehensive and aligned with their personal goals.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch. You will have rotating days off and every third weekend off.
• Travel and overtime as needed
• Free parking!
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $42,521.00 (before taxes).
